Description
The subsidiary of Sony Music in Greece was established in 1975, but in July 2013, it withdrew from the Hellenic market due to the financial crisis. From 2019 onwards, the company continues to exist as an S.A., while maintaining a branch at Panik Records in Voula. Its main shareholder is the British Sony Music Entertainment International Limited based in London. Sony Music is part of one of the largest music and entertainment companies in the world. It has a broad selection of local artists and international superstars, as well as a vast catalog comprising of some of the most important recordings in history. Global acts include Celine Dion, Pink, Tony Bennett, Bruce Springsteen, and Kelly Clarkson.
